Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
-
What should I expect when dropping off my bunny?
-
If this is your first stay, ensure your drop-off time allows you extra time to see your bunny's setup, if you would like; and to have any questions or concerns addressed that you may have for me when you arrive.
-
Please remember your payment. I currently only accept cash/check. If you do not remember what your total is, please reach out and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
-
If your drop-off is scheduled Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Please meet me outside in my garage and do not knock at the front door. We have several people that are work-from-home, and I'd like to have the chance to put up my dog (Ashe) who enjoys letting the household know someone is here. ^_^

What should I expect when picking up my bunny?
-
During drop off, I will re-confirm your scheduled pickup time. When pickup day arrives, if plans change; just give me a heads up (email, text, etc) as soon as you are able. Otherwise I cannot guarantee that I will be home when you arrive.
-
I will be looking out for you when you arrive, as I typically have your bunnies ready to leave approximately 5 minutes before scheduled pick-up time. This makes the pick-up process quick and easy.
-
In an attempt to keep Ms. Ashe from barking, I will either meet you outside or in my garage. There are several people that work-from-home, and I'd like to try to prevent any noise disruption.
-
What is the best way to get in contact with you?
-
The absolute best way to get a hold of me is via email (binkybunnyinn@gmail.com). The second best way is to text me (608-620-4259), just let me know who you are. If you call, please leave a voicemail as I typically do not pick up unless I'm expecting a call. The majority of calls to this number are spam.
-
Would you be willing to board any pet?
-
No. I exclusively board bunnies. This will not change in the future.
-
Do you feed veggies? Can I bring my own veggies?
-
Yes! Always feel free to bring items that are normally in your bunny's diet! I do feed veggies upon request. Not all bunny parents give veggies and I want to limit any diet changes as it can cause stress on the bunny's body. I provide a pre-washed organic spring mix blend.
-
Will you groom my bunny for me?
-
Currently, I only provide nail trimming services. If grooming is needed, I recommend checking out bunny friendly vets in the area. Click here for the list I've created based on feedback/suggestions from bunny parents.
