Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • What should I expect when dropping off my bunny?

  • When dropping off your bunny, please arrive 5 minutes before scheduled drop-off time to ensure we get set up and have all questions answered in a timely manner.

  • Please remember your payment. I currently only accept cash/check. If you do not remember what your total is, please reach out and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

  • Yes, I do provide water/food bowls, litter box, and a cardboard box for chewing on if I have one available. But I do not have toys to share. Please be sure to bring something for your bunny to do.  Any favorite toys or chewables are perfect. If you have a blanket that smells like home, it can help the bunny adapt to their new surroundings easier.

  • If you feed your bunny a different brand of pellets other than Oxbow, please bring enough for your stay. Changing your bunny's diet drastically can cause medical complications and can put even more stress on your bunny.

  • What should I expect when picking up my bunny?

  • Before drop off, I will confirm your scheduled pickup time.  When pickup day arrives, if plans change; just give me a heads up (email, text, etc) as soon as you are able. This ensures that I will be at home when you arrive.

  • I will typically have your bunnies ready to leave when you arrive, making it a quick visit.

  • What is the best way to get in contact with you?

  • The absolute best way to get a hold of me is via email (binkybunnyinn@gmail.com). If email doesn't work, you can send me a message via the contact form on my website, or even text me (608-620-4259). I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to communication, if you have a different preferred contact method, please reach out and I will do my best to adapt!

  • Would you be willing to board any pet?

  • Not at this time. I currently only board bunnies.

Want more questions answered on my website? Please reach out and let me know. I will update my website with the suggestions given.
  • Do you feed veggies or would you be open to us supplying our own and adding to feedings?

  • Yes! Always feel free to bring items that are normally in your bunny's diet! I do feed veggies upon request. Not all bunny parents give veggies and I want to limit any diet changes as it can cause stress on the bunny's body. I provide a pre-washed organic spring mix blend.

  • Will you groom my bunny for me?

  • Currently, I only provide nail trimming services. If grooming is needed I recommend checking out bunny friendly vets in the area. Click here for the list.
